UPDATED: Donald Trump has refiled a lawsuit against Iowa pollster Ann Selzer over a pre-election poll showing Kamala Harris in the lead in the state, in a legal maneuver as they sought to get the litigation out of federal court, representatives for the defendants said.

The president sued pollster J. Ann Selzer and the Des Moines Register over a poll showing Kamala Harris leading in Iowa, a state he won, before the 2024 election.
