The New York City mayor's race candidates honed in on fighting crime and prostitution after the mass shooting took quality of life issues front and center.

Two of the three people who died in the shooting in Brooklyn were suspected shooters. In an update, the total amount of people injured rose to 11.

The police commissioner identified the second gunmen killed in the shooting early Sunday as Marvin St. Louis, 19, a Brooklyn resident with no known criminal record.
