The College Football Playoff field is down to its final four.   No. 1 Indiana is the favorite to be crowned national champion, but must first get past No. 5 Oregon Ducks in the Chik-Fil-A Peach Bowl.

To absolutely no one's surprise, No. 1 Indiana, fresh off a Peach Bowl blowout win, is the prohibitive favorite against No. 10 Miami in the College Football Playoff national championship game Jan. 19 in the Hurricanes' home stadium.

While head coach Curt Cignetti praised Mendoza’s performance, his quarterback celebrated his teammates. He praised Charlie Becker, Omar Cooper Jr., E.J. Williams Jr., and Elijah Sarratt for making highlight plays and contested catches during the game.

Cignetti will surely be happy if Indiana (14-0) defeats No. 5 Oregon (13-1) in Friday's CFP semifinal showdown in Atlanta. The Hoosiers seek to improve to 2-0 on the year against the Ducks and move one step away from a national championship.
