Former National Security Adviser John Bolton's house and offices have been raided by the FBI over classified documents.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe provided FBI Director Patel the intelligence that was the basis of the search warrant, a source familiar with the matter told NBC News.

The FBI has searched the Maryland home and Washington office of ex-Trump national security adviser John Bolton as part of an investigation into the handling of classified information.
