A congresswoman said she plans to file articles of impeachment against Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem after a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday, sparking fury from protesters and condemnation from Democratic leaders.

Noem doubled down on her characterization of the incident as an act of domestic terrorism by the shooting victim.

The feds say the incident involved an "act of domestic terrorism." Local officials say the video tells a different story.

Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-Fla.) bashed Kristi Noem in front of the House Judiciary Committee as he accused the DHS Secretary of being incompetent and unprofessional while demanding her impeachment. This comes following the fatal ICE shooting in Minneapolis that killed Renee Nicole Good,

ICE head Tom Homan told "CBS Evening News" Wednesday it would be "unprofessional to pass judgment" before a full review.
