Google just revealed something called Pixelsnap at today's Made by Google event. This is the company's answer to Apple's MagSafe technology, so it's a magnetic attachment system that can integrate with Qi2 wireless chargers.

Qi2 and MagSafe magnetic wireless charging are officially inside the Google Pixel 10 family, and we went hands-on with the new technology.

Google announced its own version of “MagSafe” called PixelSnap, which allows magnetic accessories to work with the newly launched Pixel 10 series of devices. The company’s announcement comes nearly five years after Apple announced its own slew of magnetic accessories with the iPhone 12 in 2020.
