Boston firefighters have shut down parts of Newbury Street after several explosions led to six manhole fires.

City firefighters were responding to multiple manhole fires in Back Bay Tuesday evening. Boston Police issued a traffic advisory alert due to the manhole fires at Dartmouth Street and Newbury Street.
