With more than 1.3 million people in the Houston area still without electricity in the bitter cold, many wondered why empty offices in downtown skyscrapers remained brightly lit Monday night.

A famous canvas for urban artists in EaDo, and home to the iconic "Houston Is Inspired" mural, is the latest casualty of the controversial I-45 expansion.

Folks on r/Houston spotted that the familiar mosaic-mural that spanned the right side of the wall at Frank's had disappeared.

The recent brochure featured Houston's skyline instead — and that's just one of several issues that the city council brought forward over the seven-page brochure.
