Pickleball is sweeping the nation, and seniors everywhere are learning to play thanks to its ease of access, simple rules and various health benefits.

One Senior Place in Viera is hosting a free "Celebrate Women's Day" event on May 2nd. The event will feature food, a fashion show, massages, dance lessons and gift baskets.

More than 12,000 older adults are competing in the National Senior Games in Des Moines, Iowa. The multi-sport competition takes place every two years and is dedicated to participants 50 or older.
