Heavy rain has caused flooding and landslides in parts of Southeast Asia, where at least eight deaths were reported in the aftermath of a tropical storm.

Two rounds of steady rainfall are expected to make an appearance across central and eastern Kansas starting Tuesday night and again late Wednesday evening. Wichita meteorologists are warning of potential heavy rainfall and flooding, especially following Wednesday night's storm, and the possibility of isolated hail.
