A 70-year-old Mexican citizen wanted for a sexual offense against a child was arrested at Laredo's Juarez-Lincoln Bridge.

A new international railroad bridge connecting the South Texas border town of Laredo to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, is complete, the company says.
