On Monday, Glacier National Park lifted restrictions on tent camping in the Many Glacier Campground. The park did not capture the grizzly bear involved in the incident, despite trapping efforts.

While exploring Many Glacier, many reported seeing deer moose, and grizzly bears in addition to the spectacular scenery.

The Many Glacier Campground is on the east side of the park near the town of Babb. There will be 41 campsites available for advance reservations and 62 sites on a first-come, first-served basis.

Getting into Many Glacier will be a little harder in 2025 compared to previous years, as a large number of parking spaces will be unavailable due to construction.

The Many Glacier Campground, which has no RV hookups, is on the east side of the park, near the town of Babb, Montana. The advanced reservations will be for camping between June 15 and Sept. 4.
