Movie.” Nintendo hit gold with the video game adaptation, which raked in a staggering $1.361 billion at the worldwide box office, becoming the highest-earning video game adaptation ever.

Nintendo has confirmed that the first trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie will debut during a special Nintendo Direct on Wednesday, November 12, at 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET.
