Multiple accidents closed the Pulaski Skyway in both directions just after 6 a.m., while crashes closed northbound Route 21 in Belleville and northbound truck Routes 1 & 9 in Jersey City.

The Pulaski Skyway rehabilitation project that started in 2014 is now the state's most expensive highway project at $1.785 billion spent so far, and work is still ongoing.
