Virginia Democrats have released their first proposed congressional redistricting map, a move that could change who represents voters in Washington including voters in Hampton Roads.

On Thursday, Feb. 5, state Democrats rolled out their politically-charged proposal that would redraw Virginia congressional districts onto a map that gives their party an overwhelming edge.
