Adam Schefter was on the Pat McAfee show earlier today, and he gave his thoughts on whether either of these players could be moved ahead of the trade deadline.
Currently, there is considerable discussion about whether the Cincinnati Bengals should trade Trey Hendrickson, Cam Taylor-Britt, and/or Logan Wilson. Yes, the Bengals should be active at the NFL trade deadline. However, the names that they should consider ...
"Many teams, including the Rams, 49ers, Lions, Colts and Eagles, have called the Bengals on numerous players, including LB Logan Wilson, CB Cam Taylor-Britt and, of course, DE Trey Hendrickson," Russini wrote. "For now, some teams don’t believe Cincinnati has any real interest in moving its core pieces."
The Bengals get Lammons, a veteran on the final year of his contract who can provide nice depth. They need help now and into 2026 with Cam Taylor-Britt, at least, seeming on his way out the door. There’s still the issue of honoring trade requests at all here, but getting something back out of a messy split with Wilson is better than nothing.
