The victory cements the film’s front-runner status heading into the Oscars after taking the Critics Choice Award earlier this month and picking up top prizes from groups like the National Board of Review in December.
At the 2026 Golden Globes, Leonardo DiCaprio shared a celebratory embrace with Timothée Chalamet after the 30-year-old won the award for Best Actor in Motion Picture Musical/Comedy.
Anderson referred to writers as "magpies" while collecting the prize for best screenplay at Sunday's ceremony.
