President Donald Trump is expected to sign his signature bill of tax and spending cuts at the White House Fourth of July picnic.

The legislation, which extends tax cuts and funds border and defense programs, would increase the national debt by close to $4 trillion over the next decade.

Just two Republican members of the House voted against President Trump’s massive tax and spending bill that was received final congressional approval on Thursday afternoon. Massie was among the first Republicans to oppose the bill and spent the week speaking out against it.
