Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Chinese leader Xi Jinping on a two-day trip to Beijing next week, the Kremlin said Saturday.

U.S. ⁠President ⁠Donald Trump said Chinese President Xi Jinping had ⁠agreed Tehran must reopen the Strait of Hormuz, though China gave no indication it would weigh ​in.

The world leaders for China and the U.S. discussed the Iran war, trade, technology and Taiwan during bilateral meetings.
