Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey spoke with NBC News’ Tom Llamas about the fatal shooting of a woman by a federal immigration agent.

The woman that was fatally shot by ICE in Minneapolis has been identified as 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good, according to the Star Tribune.
