When it comes to cars, most people seek a simple mode of transportation from A to B that only requires them to put in minimal effort. However, for those of us who have gasoline flowing in our veins, cars like the 2024 Acura TLX S model are a siren.

The departure of the TLX, a mainstay of the Acura range since the TL launched in the mid-1990s, leaves the Integra as the only non-SUV in the lineup.

The TLX took over the role as Acura’s flagship sedan after the larger RLX was discontinued after the 2020 model year. Last year, Infiniti discontinued the Q50 to become an SUV-only brand, and if it were not for the sporty Integra, Acura would be in the same position.
