Leo Carlsson had a goal and an assist, and Cutter Gauthier also scored to help the Ducks end a five-game trip with a victory in coach Joel Quenneville’s first game against his former team.
Getting back to their blueprint in their last outing, the Panthers kept one of the top offenses in the NHL off the scoreboard during a 3-0 win over the Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday.
The Florida Panthers will not have leading scorer Brad Marchand in the lineup Tuesday against the visiting Anaheim Ducks due to a death in the family. Marchand, 37, leads Florida in goals (five), assists (six) and points (11) in 10 games this season.
