Dusty Stromer matched his career high for a game, knocking down four 3-pointers in the first half, as Grand Canyon, sporting lavender uniforms for the first time, got off to a 16-point lead and beat San Jose State, 76-58, in a Mountain West game before a sellout crowd at Global Credit Union Arena on Jan. 10.

Six-foot-seven big David Punch suffered cramps in TCU's loss at Kansas Tuesday, and 6-foot-8 center Xavier Edmonds had cramp-like symptoms Saturday against Arizona. With Malick Diallo ruled out for the season, the Salatchoum situation adds greater worry to an already thin frontcourt.

Arizona moved to 16-0 with a physical victory over TCU, 86-73, and much to the delight of head coach Tommy Lloyd.
