After missing most of the season, cornerback Devon Witherspoon did return to practice in a limited capacity. Joining him was safety Julian Love. Both men had missed the last two games with injuries. Additionally, Riq Woolen, was a full participant after missing Week 6 with a concussion.

Milroe (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Seahawks' emergency third quarterback for Monday's game against the Texans, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Milroe will be dispatched as the emergency third QB for a second consecutive game,
