Paramount has signed a 10-year lease at a large studio complex in New Jersey, a growing production hub for entertainment companies thanks to generous tax incentives. Hollywood studios have for years been moving their productions to states and countries outside of California in pursuit of government subsidies that make filmmaking more economical.
