The Arkansas Highway Police will soon start enforcing handheld devices in work zones with new camera technology.
The new building will house two ambulances and an advanced response vehicle which officials said will better serve patients.
State officials said the cameras could help enforce Arkansas' hands-free law, which they said has been difficult to put into practice.
