Late Wednesday, President Donald Trump said that he will set a 100% tariff on semiconductors, unless companies shift manufacturing to the U.S. That would seem to spare Taiwan Semiconductor TSM, which is expanding its U.S. footprint, and key customers such as Nvidia and AMD AMD.
