There's a lot to say about training someone with ASL garbage routes but being self-aware of your own ability is critical first step. Too often it's easy to say, "Oh, they cant get it" and then try someone else. If a training strategy is developed and implemented that builds in self-assessment or goals, then better drivers can be cultivated. I haven't had to train anyone for awhile.
